This was my first mixtape under the name Eshon Burgundy. It was written and recorded in 2003 in West Philadelphia. I had recently come to the faith and was serving as a youth minister at my church. I was also working at a black bookstore and began reading literature that is often hidden and not promoted in public. I began to understand the plight of my people from a wholistic view, beyond even my own experience. Though it was in it's infancy stage, a proper perspective on world history and the scriptures would begin to shape my mind and music. Today, 22 years later i'm still pouring out my heart in music while actively growing in the truth of The Most High. Thanks for listening! #salute

I’ve been rockin Ozay Moore’s music since Lightheaded and I still find it some of the best to listen to. I can’t get enough boom nap, especially with a central theme of Christ and his faithfulness in the life of Ozay Moore. It also features some dope artists on this one. The intro is one of the best introductions to an album I’ve heard, and I don’t say that lightly. Each track is its own thing, yet blending well together. It’s overall just dope! Macklyn
